We work closely with all industry sectors, ranging from small businesses to large national organisations.
We are one of the largest, most innovative and successful national training, skills and employment providers in the UK. Part of NCG, we create better futures for individuals, families, businesses and communities. More importantly, our mission is to develop people through learning for the benefit of themselves, society and the economy.

Our Partnership With Rathbone Training
Intraining and Rathbone Training work in close partnership to deliver unrivalled skills training to individuals from a variety of backgrounds across the United Kingdom. We aim to offer our learners a seamless and supported journey to employment and success.
As a national charity, Rathbone Training works with young people aged 16-18 who require extra support to get into the workplace. We work with over 5,000 learners a year, many of whom come from a NEET background. Rathbone plays a vital role in creating prospects for thousands of young people at risk of long term social and economic exclusion, by engaging or re-engaging them in learning.
When learners first join us, we assess them against our tested frameworks and place them at a suitable level within our provision. This provision runs from our study skills programme with Rathbone, designed to develop maths, English and employability skills, through our traineeships, and finally to our higher tier apprenticeships with Intraining. This process ensures that our learners receive the highest level of support throughout their professional development with Rathbone Training and Intraining, and have a clear path to success.
Details of our provision with Rathbone Training can be found below:
Our Provision With Rathbone Training
As part of NCG we ascribe to three values:
Our values are not just about what we do, but also about how we do things. Our values drive our behaviours and determine how we work with each other.
