AJ Bell is one of the UK’s largest providers of online investment platforms and stockbroker services.
Apprenticeships form a key part of the AJ Bell’s recruitment and staff development strategy and for over 12 years Intraining have provided the company with the training support to help its learners progress and successfully gain their qualifications.
We visited AJ Bell recently to speak to the Benefits and Transfer Out Manager Lauren Morgan, who started out as an apprentice through Intraining ten years ago. Lauren is now developing her team through apprenticeships with Intraining.
We also caught up with Ruby Wardhaugh, who is currently working towards a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship with AJ Bell through Intraining.
