Grand support for Scarborough hotel

Intraining is working with the Grand Hotel in Scarborough to support their staff development through apprenticeship qualifications.

In recent years assessor trainer Rachel Edeson has helped over 40 members of staff at the hotel to gain qualifications in customer service.

The successful partnership has led to the hotel being given a training award by Intraining and hotel’s manager being named Business Person of the Year in Scarborough’s Talented Apprentices Recognised with Success (STAR) awards in 2016 for the commitment to upskilling staff.
