Working in partnership, Inenco and Intraining have developed the Level 3 ILM Ignite Leadership Programme, with the goal of upskilling employees to meet objectives and future proof the Inenco business.

Monday 23rd, July saw the launch of the first Ignite Leadership Programme. The launch was held at the Clifton Arms Hotel, Lytham St Anne’s and had the first cohort of eight future leaders in attendance, along with Inenco senior leaders and the Intraining team.

The busy agenda set out to engage and inspire the Inenco team. Garry Stokes, Inenco CEO spoke about embedding the programme into the business, “to make a real difference, to become pioneers”. Ensuring Inenco recruit, train and develop staff and become, “leaders in their field”.

Jan Luxford, Inenco Talent and Development Manager, spoke in length about the first cohort of leaders being instrumental in the success of the programme.

Jan said, “Inenco are delighted to invest in our managers. Our leadership team are really keen to show how important our managers are now and for the future.” And went on to say, “The whole investment in time and resources helps us to develop great managers and in turn build a better business and services to our clients.”

Ruth Dollen, Intraining Corporate Partnership Manager, gave a presentation to the managers and leaders, covering the detail of the programme along with the benefits and their responsibilities.
